The Position
Uquutaq is seeking an experienced Senior Shelter Manager to oversee all aspects of the high barrier programs and initiatives ensuring that they serve the needs of the community and align with Uquutaq’s vision and strategic priorities. The Senior Shelter Manager provides leadership that motivates, inspires and engages their team to deliver high quality service to their clients and community.

- Program Delivery and Development for Homeless Men’s Shelter and Transitional Housing
- Site Management
- Staff Leadership
- Stakeholder Relationship
Compensation
o Salary range of $119,008 to $129,008 per year (Inclusive of Northern Allowance); commensurate with experience.
o Three weeks’ vacation; three weeks in lieu of overtime.
